\nPRESS RELEASE
\nSTART OF THE FIRST PERIOD OF EXERCISE OF EDAC WARRANTS 2018-2021
\nGenoa, 30 August 2019 – EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (the “Company” or “EDAC”), a company specialized in
\ndouble safety rope construction works, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other
\narchitectural structures, listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (EDAC ticker) and on
\nEuronext Growth (ALEAC ticker), announces that the first of the three periods provided for the exercise of
\nthe “Warrant EDAC 2018-2021”, ISIN code IT0005351470 (“Warrants”) will open on 1 September 2019 and
\nclose on 30 September 2019, including the initial and final term (the “First Exercise Period”).
\nThe Warrant holders may request to subscribe new Conversion Share (“Compendium Shares”) in the ratio
\nof no. 1 Conversion Share for each no. 1 Warrant presented for exercise, at the price of Euro 3.66 (three
\npoint sixty-six\/00) for each Compendium Share subscribed.
\nApplications for subscription must be submitted, on any bank business day during the First Exercise Period,
\nto the intermediary belonging to Monte Titoli S.p.A. with which the Warrants are deposited.
\nThe Conversion Shares subscribed by Warrant holders during the First Exercise Period will be made
\navailable for trading through Monte Titoli S.p.A. on the settlement day following the end of the last day of
\nthe First Exercise Period. It is not expected that during the First Exercise Period events will occur that would
\nresult in the suspension of the exercise right.
\nIt is understood that, if the Warrant holders do not request to subscribe the Conversion Shares by the final
\nend of the First Exercise Period, they will lose the relevant right, without prejudice to the right to exercise
\nthe Warrants again in each of the subsequent exercise periods.
