\nEdiliziAcrobatica: Marco Caneva appointed Independent Director to replace the resigning Director Paolo Rav\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Genoa, 19 March 2021 \u2013 EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cEDAC\u201d), a company specialised in construction using double safety ropes, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural structures, listed on AIM Italia (ticker symbol EDAC) and on Euronext Growth (ticker symbol ALEAC), announced that the Board of Directors met today and co-opted Marco Caneva as an independent director to replace Paolo Rav\u00e0, who resigned on 23 February for professional reasons related to his assumption of the position of Deputy Chairman at Banca Carige S.p.A. The Board of Directors took note of the resignation of Mr Rav\u00e0 and would also like to express its heartfelt thanks for his valuable contributions. Marco Caneva, who now joins EDAC’s Board of Directors as an independent director, boasts a CV with extensive experience in M&A consulting with international businesses such as Goldman Sachs and Hofima S.p.A., which he left to found his own company, Calit Advisors. With the approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Board of Directors found that Mr Caneva meets all the necessary requirements for the performance of this office as well as all the prerequisites of independence. The full text of the new director\u2019s CV is available to shareholders at the registered office. Pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and the current by-laws, the new director shall remain in office until the next shareholders\u2019 meeting.
