(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cEDAC\u201d), a company specialised in construction<br \/>\nworks using double safety ropes, listed on the AIM Italia market of the Italian Stock Exchange (ticker symbol EDAC)<br \/>\nand on Euronext Growth (ticker symbol ALEAC), announces that \u2013 as part of the stock buyback programme<br \/>\nauthorised by the Shareholders&#8217; Meeting of 25 June 2021 \u2013 in the period from 26 July to 30 July 2021 it purchased<br \/>\n12,800 of its own shares at an average gross price of approximately \u20ac13.0062 per share and for a total value of<br \/>\n\u20ac166,725.60. The purchases were made in coordination with Banca Profilo S.p.A., an intermediary appointed in full<br \/>\nindependence and autonomy for the implementation of the share repurchase programme.
