(\u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cEDAC\u201d), a company specialising in construction works on double safety ropes, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural structures, listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (ticker symbol EDAC) and on Euronext Growth (ticker symbol ALEAC), announces the revocation of Banca Profilo S.p.A.\u2019s appointment as Specialist and the appointment of the IMI Corporate &amp; Investment Banking Division of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group as Specialist with effect from 23 December 2020, in compliance with the AIM Italia Issuers Regulations (pursuant to art. 17 and art. 35).
