Genoa, 21 February 2022 – The year that just ended was absolutely positive for EdiliziAcrobatica. It was a year in which revenues increased by 119% and the Group’s human resources also grew exponentially, reaching 1,400 in 2021 alone. More precisely, from January to December 2021 the company grew by more than 350 people, selected by the human resources department from about 70 thousand CVs received, taking on roles ranging from area manager to rope operator and sales.<\/p>
Riccardo Iovino, CEO & Founder of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A., commented that \u201cOur development strategy, the same one that we exported to Spain last year where we are currently present with a point in Barcelona, is supported by our human resources, whose number is growing in relation to the growth of the company\u201d.<\/p>
In light of this progress, continuing along the same path of expansion this year the company plans to add more than 650 new human resources to its workforce and is already looking nationwide for 500 rope workers, 125 salespeople and 33 area managers.<\/p>
