PARENT COMPANY
Founded through the joint commitment of EdiliziAcrobatica and Italsoft, both leading companies in their respective sectors, Smartlyving represents the pinnacle of excellence in innovative construction and smart building and smart community solutions.
Smartlyving offers the perfect combination of the know-how of EdiliziAcrobatica, the leading rope access renovation and construction company in Europe and a strong promoter of relations and services in Italian apartment blocks, and the expertise of Italsoft, a tech company that specialises in energy efficiency solutions for buildings. For EdiliziAcrobatica, the joint venture represents an important step towards its goal to deliver valuable services for condominium blocks and end customers.
Smartlyving uses cutting-edge technologies to reduce the environmental impact of buildings and promote smarter and more sustainable lifestyles. Like at EdiliziAcrobatica, the development and delivery of the services offered, which focus on energy efficiency solutions for condominium blocks, are driven by people. In fact, services are developed by listening closely to customers’ needs, with the aim of offering personalised solutions able to effectively respond to the specific needs of each person. The services offered are designed to meet all the demands of modern life: from engineering and technical work site monitoring, to tax advice and facility management. With Smart Living, EdiliziAcrobatica unites its know-how with the distinctive skills of Italsoft to design homes that transcend mere physical spaces to become genuine life experiences.
