Genoa, 9 February 2026 – The Board of Directors of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (“Acrobatica” or the “Company”), a company specialising in rope-access construction works and listed on Euronext Growth Milan and Paris, has today reviewed the Group’s consolidated sales revenues as at 31 December 2025, which are unaudited.
The Group ended 2025 with consolidated revenues of €166.73 million, up from €152.5 million in 2024, confirming a structurally growing trend driven by the contribution of international operations and by the strengthening of its presence in Italy through the expansion of its service offering and business lines.
“2025 was a year of consolidation and development, commented Anna Marras, CEO of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. –. The Group’s growth was significantly driven by international operations, while in Italy, we worked on reinforcing our footprint and expanding our offering. This journey confirms the resilience of our industrial model and our capacity to generate long-term value”.
Italy
The Italian market, including Energy, Smart Lyving, and Verticaline, generated total revenues of €142.2 million, up from €131.7 million in 2024, representing growth of 8.0%.
Within the Group’s core rope-access construction business, revenues amounted to €129.5 million, compared with approximately €131.1 million in 2024 (-1.2%) in the context of a general slowdown in the construction sector. Despite this, Acrobatica continues to maintain very high volumes and a leading position in its segment.
This performance was more than offset by the contribution of the new business lines, which enabled the Group to strengthen and diversify its presence in the Italian market, expanding both its operational perimeter and its range of services.
In particular:
- Acrobatica Energy delivered strong revenue growth to €1.79 million, versus approximately €0.6 million in 2024, driven by the full rollout of the renewable energy project and an expanded offering;
- Smart Lyving contributed €8.93 million (2024: n.a.);
- Verticaline generated revenues of €2.0 million (2024: n.a.).
Overall, Italy maintains a solid growth trajectory, underpinned by an increasingly integrated and diversified business model.
Europe: France, Spain, and Monaco
France reported revenues of €7.05 million, compared with approximately €5.39 million in 2024, representing growth of 30.8%.
Spain, through Acrobatica Iberica, generated revenues of €2.59 million, compared with approximately €2.0 million in 2024, continuing its development trajectory with growth of 27%.
In the Principality of Monaco, revenues rose to €1.19 million, compared with approximately €1.0 million in 2024, confirming the strength of a high value-added market, with growth of 16.67%.
Middle East – Acrobatica Middle East
The Arabian Peninsula region, through Acrobatica Middle East, closed 2025 with revenues of €13.67 million, compared with approximately €12.34 million in 2024, representing growth of 10.8%, confirming the potential of a market characterised by dynamics and operating models that partly differ from those in Europe.
“We look to the future with confidence,” concluded Marras, “supported by a more structured organisation, an increasingly integrated offering and an international presence that continues to expand. The progress made in 2025 provides a solid foundation for sustainable growth over the medium to long term”.
