ACROBATICA GROUP: CUSTOMERS GROW BY 84.2% IN THE FIRST 9 MONTHS OF THE YEAR AND THE NUMBER OF CONTRACTS SIGNED GROWS BY 22%

Genoa 23 October 2024: EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (“Company” or “ACROBATICA”), the parent company of the Acrobatica Group, specialising in rope access construction work such as building maintenance and renovation, and listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker EDAC) and Euronext Growth Paris (ticker ALEAC), has announced that in the first nine months of the year, the number of clients placing their trust in its services has risen by 84.2% compared to 30 September 2023, highlighting that an increasing number of families, companies, and public institutions are choosing Acrobatica. Additionally, the number of contracts signed grew by 22%, going from 18,590 in the same period of 2023 to 22,694 as of now, reflecting an ongoing growth trend that has remained stable, even without any government incentives (where 12,149 contracts were signed in the first nine months of 2022).

“These numbers are not seen as remarkable; rather, they are a validation of our long-held beliefs”, says Anna Marras, Chief Executive Officer of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. “Acrobatica has now become the top choice for those needing renovation work. The statistics speak for themselves: with the number of customers nearly doubling and close to 23,000 contracts signed in the first nine months, it’s clear that Italy still needs, and will continue to need, construction and building work. Based on the most recent ISTAT data, Italy has more than 12 million buildings, yet we currently work on only a small fraction of these. Our growth potential, especially considering the choices made by customers, is highly significant. This is because the need to live in a safe and comfortable home will never decrease, regardless of any government initiatives. And we, at Acrobatica, will continue to grow, driven by the clear demand from the market”.

APPROVAL OF THE UPDATED ORGANISATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL

The Company’s Board of Directors has also approved the update of the Organisation, Management, and Control Model (MOG) in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. This update follows legislative changes made throughout the year, the organisational evolution of the corporate structure, and the latest legal framework developments, highlighting that ongoing updates of the MOG 231 are essentials for its effectiveness.
