Academy
So we invest hundreds of thousands of hours in self-improvement training. As a company, this is the first tool that we make available to all our employees.
To this end, we have created two in-house Academies: the WallmanW Academy, specifically for ropeway operators, and the Acrobatica Academy, reserved for the Group’s managers, sales consultants and Area Managers.
We have also sought to meet continuous outside demand by setting up two separate training academies open to the public:
Sales Academy
The Sales Academy – the first training course designed exclusively for sales professionals and people who want to build a career in sales. Sales Academy courses are taught by Acrobatica’s most talented managers and salespeople. They impart their knowledge and successful actions to participants in order to help them grow and achieve success.
Acrobatica Business School
The Acrobatica Business School, a training course dedicated to building manager who intend to improve their interpersonal and working skills. It is a totally free course for those of our customers who want to use training tools to improve or strengthen the performance of their business, in order to stand out on the real estate management market.
