Acrobatica’s new project starts in Genoa and centres on the catering sector. Just as our company’s success story began in Genoa 30 years ago, so today begins that of DEA DeliziAcrobatica, a venue dedicated to sharing, with authentic menus highlighting the culinary excellence of different Italian regions. We believe that healthy, carefully prepared food is essential for a good quality of life.

Similarly, we believe that food means joy, sharing, harmony and pleasure, and this is why we opened our first DEA bistro in June 2023, right next to the Acrobatica headquarters. But we certainly won’t stop here: after this first DEA bistro others will soon follow, all located close to Acrobatics points. Just as we fostered ethical and sustainable building practices, we will spread the culture of good food all around our country and beyond.
