PRESS RELEASE – ACROBATICA AWARDED “LOW RISK” ESG RISK RATING OF 11,8 FROM MORNINGSTAR SUSTAINALYTICS CONFIRMING ITS COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY

Genoa, 13 December 2023, EdiliziAcrobaticA S.p.A. (the “Company” or “AcrobaticA”), an international leader in construction such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural structures using double safety ropes, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan stock exchange (ticker symbol EDAC) and on Euronext Growth Paris (ticker symbol ALEAC), received in 2023 an updated ESG Risk Rating from Morningstar Sustainalytics of 11.8, which falls into the “Low Risk” category. With this rating the leading ESG research rating and data firm assessed AcrobaticA to be at low risk of experiencing material financial impacts from ESG factors. Acrobatica’s new ESG Risk Rating is an improvement of 7.3 points from the 2022 score of 19.1 (scale from 100 to 0). Morningstar Sustainalytics’ new rating places AcrobaticA among the 6th percentile overall with respect to Sustainalytics’ global universe of over 15,700 companies.

We are very pleased with this result”, commented Martina Pegazzano, Sustainability Manager of AcrobaticA, “which is the result of a Group effort that began in 2019 and which remains one of our top priorities. Our commitment to sustainability led us to prepare our first ESG report in 2021 and the second one in 2022, with which we were able to officially disclose information related to Corporate Governance and the ESG Committee, environment and people. We are very happy that Morningstar Sustainalytics has been assessing our ESG performance for two years now, recognising the work done at a Group level. This is another reason for us to continue to do our best and generate full value. The Group has always been committed to promoting the training of its human resources, which for 29 years now have remained the focus of the company, which we love to define as a “People Company” precisely for this reason. Our naturally sustainable business, our focus on transparency, the sustainability framework that has prioritised standards that we were already accustomed to, are principles that we firmly believe in and that we constantly promote both internally and with external stakeholders, convinced that we can further strengthen our ESG actions”.

Our partners in our ongoing commitment to sustainability are Arwin & Partners and KPMG, whom we would like to thank for having contributed to this great success.
