The Admission Document shown in this section of the website (the “Admission Document”) is an Admission Document regarding AIM Italia, the alternative capital market multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., for the trading of the shares (the “Shares”) of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (the “Company”) and has been prepared pursuant to the AIM Italia Issuers’ Regulation (“AIM Issuers’ Regulations”).
